INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Franchise partners, local market team members, and corporate leadership recently assembled at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida for City Wide Franchise’s annual convention and awards ceremony.
During the event, City Wide Maintenance of Indianapolis was presented with the “Platinum Market” award. The performance of the Indianapolis team, led by President Jeff Smith, earned it the “Platinum Market” designation by achieving a series of high marks in all criteria judged, including total revenue, revenue increase, operations, retention, community involvement, and participation within the franchise system.

Attendees participated in extensive educational seminars and business enhancement programs, and were particularly inspired by the keynote speech given by Dayton Moore, general manager for the World Champion Kansas City Royals.
A highlight of the annual convention was the awards ceremony. City Wide Franchise handed top performing City Wide franchise partners and their team members in attendance honors for their sales, customer retention, and superior operations during 2015. The highest designation was reserved for the “Platinum Market” honorees, which were presented with a unique and substantial trophy. Each location will also receive a special celebration with the home office leadership team.
